Sustainable Agricultural Practices: Raising Beef Our Way

We guarantee that our beef has been raised by using sustainable organic agricultural practices. Our beef is likewise prepared with exceptional concerns for superior taste and food safety. Unlike many organic beef producers, our herd is bred exclusively for beef, not dairy products. You can be assured that the beef you purchase from us has been raised under the following conditions:

Livestock		Feed
Born and raised with respect and dignity on our pristine high mountain ranch.  All our handling procedures are inspected and verified by Certified Humane.		No synthetic herbicides and pesticides have been applied to feed crops for a minimum of three years.  The majority of feed consumed is grazed forage from our pastures.  We finish our cattle on a diet of organic hay, organic barley and organic rice.
Water		Land
The cattle drink pure mountain spring water that is routinely tested for the presence of non-indigenous trace elements.		The land is part of a progressive Conservation Program and the soil is routinely tested.
