Organic Beef

At Prather Ranch, we use the term 'organic' beef to represent the following: we use the purest methods to cultivate chemical-free produce and livestock, which we then complement with the highest standards of animal care.  We are certified organic by California Certified Organic Farmers (CCOF).

Organic farming is highly principled, and is gaining popularity because we are fastly becoming culturally aware of the dangers inherent in current agrichemical practices.  Holistic, sustainable methods of raising crops and livestock are central to the organic philosophy.  It is a return to the standards that our ancestors were familiar with.
